鹿灵活络合剂治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘    要:目的:通过临床试验研究,客观评价鹿灵活络合剂治疗颈椎病的有效性。方法:为观察鹿灵活络合剂治疗颈椎病的疗效,以神经根型颈椎病病人为研究对象。入组神经根型颈椎病患者共39例,疗程为4周。记录治疗前及治疗后第2、4周末VAS评分、颈椎病症状体征量表评分变化,统计分析。结果:研究组治疗前后VAS评分、颈椎病症状体征量表,组内比较有显著性差异。结论:鹿灵活络合剂能有效缓解颈椎病患者的临床症状,对治疗神经根型颈椎病有良好的效果。

Abstract:Objective : Through clinical trials, objectively to evaluate the effectiveness of Luling Huoluo mixture treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods:The cervical spondylosis of nerve root type patients were as the research objects. 39 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were given the treatment of 4 weeks. We recorded 2nd ,4th weekend VAS score, signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis rating scale changes for making the statistical analysis. Results : The team VAS scores, signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis scale after treatment were significantly different. Conclusion : Luling Huoluo mixture can effective- ly relieve clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis and the treatment has good effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type
