| 摘 要： | 目的:观察祛风宣肺法治疗风邪犯肺证咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为两组,对照组予以孟鲁司特口服,治疗组给予祛风宣肺中药口服并于急性发作时吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂。观察比较治疗前后两组患者在症状及临床疗效方面的改善情况。结果:治疗组在临床症状及临床疗效改善方面优于对照组。结论:运用祛风宣肺中药加用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂,可以改善风邪犯肺证咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of the method of eliminating wind and releasing lung on couth variant asthma （CVA）. Methods ：58 cases were divided into two groups randomly. The control group used oral montelukast while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of eliminating wind and releasing lung and used Salbutamol Sulphate Aerosol for acute attacks. We observed and compared the symptoms and clinical efficacy of two groups. Results：The treatment group was superior to control group in symptoms and clinical efficacy. Conclusion ： Combining traditional Chinese medicine of accumulating lungs and Salvutamol Sulphate Aerosol can improve the clinical efficacy of CVA patients. |
