头痛宁颗粒质量标准研究

目的：建立头痛宁颗粒质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的天麻、当归、防风进行薄层鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的天麻素进行含量测定。结果在薄层色谱图中可检出天麻、当归、防风；天麻素在0.1136~2.272μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（ r＝0.9996），平均回收率为98.9％，RSD为1.48％。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强，可有效控制头痛宁颗粒的质量。

Study on quality standard for Toutongning Granules

Objective To establish the quality standard for Toutongning Granules. Methods The Gastrodia elata,An-gelica sinensis（ Oliv）Diels,Saposhnikovia divaricata（ Turcz）Schischk. were identified by TLC;The content of Gastrodin was dentermined by HPLC. Results The Gastrodia elata,Angelica sinensis（ Oliv）,Saposhnikovia divaricata（ Turcz）were detected by TLC . The linear range of Gastrodin was 0. 113 6 ~2. 272 μg（ r =0. 999 6 ）,and the average recovery was 98. 9% with RSD 1. 48%. Conclusions The method was reliable,specifie and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Toutongning Granules.
