| 摘 要： | ２４例功能性消化不良患者及１４例健康对照者，饮温牛奶５００ｍｌ后，Ｂ超观察并分别测量胃底，胃体。胃窦在０时，１５＇，３０＇，４５＇，６０＇，７５＇，９０＇时的截面积，计算胃不同区域的排空率，作两组比较。胃体４５＇，胃窦６０’，胃底９０＇，病人组排空率显著低于健康组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文结果显示超声检测胃排空，是值得推广的安全、准确、可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Gastric emptying rate(GFR)was measured with warm milk 500 ml taken by 14 normal persons and 24 patients with functional dyspepsia. Areas of the gastric fundus,body and antrum were calculated at the times of 0. 15,30,15,60,75 and 90 min by ultrasonography respectively. GER in two groups had signifi-cant difference in different parts of the stomach at different time. |
