重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍临床救治分析

目的 探讨重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍的临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后.方法 结合4例重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍的病例,复习有关文献,讨论重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍的临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后.结果 1例患者因呼吸、心搏骤停,经心肺复苏、高压氧等康复治疗,遗留有轻度智力障碍;1例患者因急性肾衰竭,经连续性肾脏替代治疗后好转出院;其余2例患者完全康复.结论 早期诊断和及时正确治疗对于降低重度酒精中毒致多器官功能障碍患者的病死率至关重要.
