| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜肾切除术的临床应用价值.方法采用后腹腔镜技术实施肾切除23例,其中单纯肾切除12例,根治性肾切除6例,肾输尿管全切并膀胱袖套状切除5例.结果手术全部成功,无中转开放手术.手术时间35～240 min,平均135 min.术中出血量30～800 ml,平均90 ml.术后2～4 d下床活动.术后住院7～15 d,平均8.6 d.结论后腹腔镜肾切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,临床疗效可靠,具有良好的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy.Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed in 23 cases,including 12 cases of simple nephrectomy,6 cases of radical nephrectomy,and 5 cases of total nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resection.Results All the operations were completed uneventfully without conversions to open surgery.The operation time was 35~240 min(mean,135 min),and the estimated intraoperative blood loss,30~800 ml(mean,90 ml).The patients got out of bed at 2~4 days postoperatively.The hospital stay after operation was 7~15 days(mean,8.6 days).Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy has the advantages of minimal invasion,quick recovery,fewer complications,and reliable effects,being a promising option for clinical application. |
