| 摘 要： | 系统比较了一组标准诱变剂诱导Ｌ１５１７８Ｙ和ＷＴＫ１细胞的微核反应，结果表明，这两种细胞微核试验方法简便灵敏。有推广价值。两种细胞对受试物的反应各有特点，如同时应用于一个短测系统，可提高筛检诱变物的准确性。

APPLICATION OF IN VITRO MICRONUCLEUS TEST USING L5178Y AND WTK1 CELLS TO MUTAGENICITY ASSAY |

| Abstract: | A series of model mutagens were systematically tested with the in vitro micronucleus test using established L5178Y mouse lymphoma and WTK1 human lymphoblastoid cell lines. The results showed that the in vitro micronucleus assay using L5178Y and WTK1 cells was simple and sensitive,and it could be beneficial to improve the accuracy of screening mutagens when these two cell lines were simultaneously applied to a shortterm assay system.= |
