| 摘 要： | 目的探讨核素显像对亚急性甲状腺炎和无痛性甲状腺炎针对诊断和鉴别诊断作用。方法对25例正常者,46例亚急性甲状腺炎和28无痛性甲状腺炎患者进行放射性核素显像,同时测定血清甲状腺激素水平及摄131I率。结果亚急性甲状腺炎的显像特点：甲状腺失去正常形态,模糊不清呈＂毛玻璃＂状。无痛性甲状腺炎的影像特点：可见甲状腺轮廓,边界欠清晰,放射性分布稍显稀疏。两者的甲状腺影像有较大差异。结论通过核素显像,有利于对这两种甲状腺炎的诊断,同时又可以与甲亢相鉴别。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate diagnostic subacte thyroidits and painless thyroidits of by means of radionuclide imaging.Methods Radionuclide imaging were performed on 25 normal cases,46 cases with subacute thyroidits and 28 cases with painless thyroidits,whose thyroid hormone and 131I-uptake rate test were determined.ResultsThe imaging features of subacute thyroidits were thyroid image indefinable and no normal form,The imaging features of painless thyroidits were contour of thyroid was seen,But boundary no clear,Radiative distribution of thyroid was rarefaction.The imagings of 2 kinds of thyroiditses were difference.ConclusionIt is important to use unclear imaging for diagnostic of 2 kinds of thyroidits and hyperthyroidism. |
