| 摘 要： | 目的:观察低分子肝素钙对不稳定心绞痛(UAP)的疗效和安全性。方法:76例UAP患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给以低分子肝素钙注射液每12小时1次皮下注射,剂量为0.1 ml/10 kg,通常疗程为10天。两组同时应用常规治疗:卧床休息、供氧、鲁南欣康20 mg加入生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1日1次,共用7天等,观察疗效及出血并发症。结果:观察组无严重出血并发症,临床总有效率90.1％,而对照组总有效率68.6％(P<0.01),观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:低分子肝素钙(速碧林)治疗不稳定心绞痛,疗效肯定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical therapeatic effectiveness of fraxiparine in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods:76 cases of unstable angina pectoriswere randomly allocated into the control group (of normal treatment) and treating group ( normal treatment combined with fraxiparine) the therapeatic course was 10 days. Results:The effective rate was 90.1% in the treating group and 68.6% in the control group( P < 0.01) , No obvious adverse reaction happened in the treating group.Conclusions:Low molecular weight heparin is clearly effective on unstable angina pectoris. |
