佛山市三水区2003—2008年肺结核疫情流行病学分析

摘    要:
目的分析佛山市三水区肺结核发病水平及流行特点,为控制结核病传播提供科学依据。方法对佛山市三水区2003—2008年新发现肺结核疫情资料进行统计和分析。结果2003—2008年佛山市三水区肺结核发病率分别为64.77/10万、66.64/10万、171.75/10万、146.74/10万、135.21/10万和124.07/10万。地区分布:以西南镇居多;时间分布:季节性很弱;年龄分布:青年组、壮年组和老年组高于儿童组;性别分布:男性明显高于女性;职业分布:以农民为主,其次为家务及待业人员和工人。结论佛山市三水区肺结核病例报告呈逐年上升趋势,应加强该区特别是劳动力人群的肺结核防治工作,采取现代肺结核病控制策略,控制肺结核病疫情。

Abstract:
[Objective]To analyze the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis (TB) in Sanshui District,and provide scientific evidence for control the spread of TB.[Methods]Epidemiological data of newly diagnosed TB cases in Sanshui District of Foshan City during 2003—2008 were statistically analyzed.[Results]The incidence of TB during 2003—2008 was 64.77/100 000,66.64/100 000,171.75/100 000,146.74/100 000,135.21/100 000 and 124.07/100 000,respectively. Area distribution showed that there were more cases in southwest town; and seasonal distribution was not significant; age distribution showed that the incidence of teenager,adult,and the old group were higher than that of the children group; gender distribution showed the male incidence was higher than female incidence; and professional distribution showed that the farmer's cases were the major,followed by the housework and unemployed personnel and workers.[Conclusion]The report cases of TB shows upward trend in Sanshui District of Foshan City. Therefore,prevention and control of TB should be strengthened,especially for labor population. And modem control strategy should be used to control the epidemic situation of TB.
