微创经皮肾穿刺碎石取石术并发症的探讨

目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺碎石、取石术并发症的发生及可能原因,有利于临床中尽可能减少并发症且积极有效地治疗并发症。方法回顾分析本院356例微创经皮肾穿刺碎石、取石术患者临床资料,其中158例皮穿刺点在肩胛下角线附近11肋间或12肋下(标记为A组),198例皮穿刺点在腋后线附近11肋间或12肋下(标记为B组)。结果本组共发生大出血18例,其中A组15例,B组3例。结论两组病例大出血并发症发生率具差异性,即皮穿刺点离肩胛下角线越近,越易发生大出血并发症。
