血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白浓度在冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病中的意义

目的研究血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白的浓度在冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病中的意义。方法将2011年5月—2012年5月入住该院心内科临床诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的270例患者作为研究对象,入院后第2天清晨空腹抽取血液检查血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白,所选患者均接受冠状动脉造影检查,根据检查结果分为阴性组与阳性组,阳性组根据病变分为单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组,比较组间血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白与病变程度之间的关系。结果阳性病变组的血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于阴性组水平,且P0.05,具有统计学意义;阳性病变组中随着血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白水平的增高,其病变程度逐渐加重,且P0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论血清脂蛋白(a)及超敏C反应蛋白的浓度与冠状动脉病变狭窄程度有密切的关系。

Significance of serum lipoprotein(a)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective To study the significance of the concentration of the serum Lipoprotein（a）and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients.Methods 270 patients suspected of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease from May 2011 to May 2012 were divided into negative group and positive group,including single branch lesion group,double vessel disease group,and three vessel disease groups according to coronary angiography.Four groups were measured by the concentration of Lipoprotein（a）and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.Results The level of the serum Lp（a）and Hs-CRP was significantly increased in positive group compared with the negative group（P0.05）,and it was increased with the severity of coronary artery lesion.Conclusion It has close relationship between the level of Lipoprotein（a）and high sensitivity C-reactive protein with the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
