夫妻活体亲属供肾肾移植临床分析

目的夫妻供肾肾移植临床疗效分析。方法自2008年3月—2012年1月该院亲属供肾移植中选取46例,其中以是否夫妻供肾分为两组,夫妻供肾13例,非夫妻供肾33例。两组除供肾有无血缘关系之外,两组的透析情况,冷、热缺血时间,使用抗体诱导和HLA错配等基线资料相似。手术开放经腹手术取肾,术后给予环孢素或他克莫司抗排斥方案,术后给予随访。比较两组受体肾功能恢复情况,移植肾功能恢复延迟发生率、急性排斥反应发生率、存活率。结果相同时间点,两组受体肾功能恢复情况差异无统计学意义,与血缘亲属供体组比较显示术后1年内两组受体的Scr的变化趋势差异无统计学意义,两组移植物存活率一年内均为100%。结论无血缘关系的夫妻间供肾移植具有较理想的疗效,可以有效补充供肾来源。

A clinical analysis of living-relative donor renal transplantation

Objective To analyzed the efficacy of living-relative donor renal transplantation.Methods We selected 46 cases enrolled from 2008 to 2012 for relative kidney transplantations,which were divided into two groups,13 cases couples,the other 33 cases non-couples.The basic conditions of two groups were similar.The surgical approach was abdominal open surgery to cut kidney.Postoperative cyclosporine or tacrolimus secretary were given for anti-rejection,and follow-up was given after operation.We compared renal recovery receptors.Results Difference in renal recovery was not statistically significant at the same point.Comparison showed that within one year after the operation Scr trends showed no significant difference.The survival rate within one year were both 100%.Conclusion Donor kidney transplants between husbands and wives have a better efficacy,which can be an effective supplement for kidney sources.
