| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨低分子肝素 (L MWH)的溶栓作用。方法 用底物显色法和ELISA法测定肾病综合征 (NS)患者应用 LMWH前后血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (t- PA)与 D-二聚体 (D- D)的水平。结果 皮下注射 LMWH组血浆 t- PA与 D- D水平明显增高 ,而静脉滴注 LMWH组血浆 t- PA与 D- D水平无明显变化。结论 皮下注射 L MWH有明显溶栓作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore thrombolysis action of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH).Methods The patients with nephrotic syndrome(NS) were measured for their plasma levels of tissue type plasminogen activitor(t PA) by chromogenic substrate method and ELISA before and after using LMWH.Results Plasma t PA and D D levels were clearly increased in LMWH sabcutaneous injection group.But the changes of them in LMWH intravenons drip group were not obvious.Conclusion LMWH subcutaneous injection had thrombolysis action |
