基层医院非正规应用MEBO的调查分析

目的 :探讨和分析农村基层医院在实施MEBT/MEBO技术中存在的主要问题 ,且以细菌感染与否为主要调查内容。方法 :病人入院即刻进行创面细菌学调查 ,并继续正规实施MEBT/MEBO技术 ,一周后复查创面细菌生长情况 ,同时观察创面愈合过程。结果 :非正规治疗者的创面细菌检出率为 79 3% ,一周后降为 1 9 5% ,创面达良好愈合。结论 :非正规使用MEBO易诱发创面感染 ,及时改用正规疗法可使感染创面在短期内得到控制 ,利于创面愈合。

Investigation and Analysis of Non-standardized Application of MEBO in Hospitals at Basic Levels

Objective:To investigate and analyze the existing problems in the application of MEBO in hospitals at basic levels, paying special attention to the occurrence of burn wound infections. Method:Examination of the bacteria on burn wounds was done upon hospitalization and MEBT/MEBO was applied in a standardized way. One week later, bacteria on the wounds were examined again and the condition of the healing wounds inspected. Results: Patients previously treated with MEBO in a non-standardized way had a bacteria detective rate of 79.3%, after treated with MEBO in a standardized way the detective rate decreased to 19.5% in one week. The wounds healed very well. Conclusion:Application of MEBO in a non-standardized way often resulted in wound infection, but after applying MEBO in a standardized way, the infection was quickly controlled and wound healing promoted.
