腺苷蛋氨酸治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察腺苷蛋氨酸治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将82例婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿采取随机双盲法分为治疗组46例和对照组36例,两组均给予更昔洛韦抗感染,茵栀黄退黄,对照组给予门冬氨酸钾镁保肝治疗,治疗组给予腺苷蛋氨酸保肝治疗,每组治疗10 d,每天一次。比较治疗前后两组肝功能各项指标的变化。结果:治疗前两组肝功能指标比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组肝功能指标明显下降,较对照组有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:腺苷蛋氨酸治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎安全有效,且不良反应少。
