Suresight自动屈光筛选仪散瞳前后与散瞳验光结果比较分析

目的了解Suresight自动屈光筛选仪的准确性及合理的使用状态。方法用Suresight自动屈光筛选仪在自然和散瞳状态下检查105例门诊儿童,并与散瞳验光作比较。结果自然和散瞳两种状态下使用Suresight自动屈光筛选仪与散瞳验光结果比较:(1)仪器测量范围内外眼数分布经统计学处理差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(2)屈光类型分布经统计学处理差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(3)相关性检验:球镜度数:自然状态下Suresight自动屈光筛选仪与散瞳检影法检出的结果球镜呈中度正相关(r=0.726),散瞳状态下结果呈高度正相关(r=0.814);柱镜度数:自然状态下呈中度正相关(r=0.782),散瞳状态下呈高度正相关(r=0.871)。(4)配对t检验:球镜度数:自然状态下t=8.649,散瞳状态下t=-1.687(P>0.05);柱镜度数:自然状态下t=-0.782,散瞳状态下t=-1.213。结论Suresight自动屈光筛选仪适用于屈光筛查,以自然状态下使用更为合理、方便。

Comparative analysis of the refractive states between Suresight hand-held refractometer and retinoscopy.

Objective To investigate the accuracy and rationality in using of Suresight hand-held refrac- tometer.
