摘    要:目的 :观察参麦注射液对大鼠脑出血后神经细胞凋亡相关基因的影响。方法 :采用Rosenberg法复制大鼠脑出血模型 ,测定脑出血后大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞病理形态结构及其Bcl-2基因、Bax基因表达 ;结果 :参麦注射液减少大鼠脑出血后海马CA1区锥体细胞凋亡数目 ,显著增加Bcl-2基因表达 ,降低Bax基因表达 ,使BaxmR NA/bcl-2 mRNA比率下降。结论 :参麦注射液能调节凋亡基因 ,减少大鼠脑出血后神经细胞的凋亡。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Shenmai(SM) injection on the neuronal apoptosis related gene expression in rat brain after intracerebral hemorrhage Method: With Rosenberg models of rat intracerebral hemorrhage, we studied the pathologic changes of neuronal structure in hippocampal CA1 areas and gene expression of Bax and Bcl-2 Result: SM injection had effects on inhibiting the pyramidal cells apoptosis in the hippocampal CA1 areas, increasing the expression of Bcl-2 gene, and reducing the expression of Bax gene resulting deceased the ratio of Bax mRNA /Bcl-2 mRNA Conclusion: SM injection can regulate the apoptosis gene, and inhibit the apoptosis in rat brain after intracerebral hemorrhage.
