| Abstract: | The results of treatment of 209 patients suffering pancreatic pseudocysts are adduced. The pseudocyst maturity degree determines the method of treatment choice. Optimal combination of conservative and the puncture methods constitute the main principle of treatment of acute pancreatic pseudocysts. |
