摘    要:目的:研究中药三类新药阿胶敛肺冲剂中人参皂苷Rg1的定量方法。方法:样品用水饱和正丁醇提取,再用大孔树脂柱层析纯化人参皂苷Rg1,取得较为纯净的供试品,点在硅胶G薄层板上,以氯仿-甲醇-水(65:35:10)10℃以下放置的下层液展开。再于λs=535nm,λR=700nm下用CS-930型薄层扫描仪扫描测定。结果:方法平均回收率可达到97.9%。RSD为2.82%。结论:结果显示该方法灵敏,准确,专属性强,为测定复方制剂中的人参皂苷Rg1提供了可行的方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study a method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Ejiaolianfei granules,the patent Chingese medicine.METHODS:The granules were extracted with n-buty1 alcohol and then purified with macroporous resin. The sample was applied on a silica G plate and developed at room temperature with the lower phase of CHCl3-CH3OH-H2O(65∶35∶10) that was separated at lower than 10 ℃,the separated spot was determined by CS-930 at λS=535 nm,λR=700 nm.RESULTS:The analytical recovery was 97.9% and the RSD was 2.82%.CONCLUSIONS:The results showed that this method for determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Ejiaolianfei granules is sensitive,specific and accurate.
