| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定通滞苏润江胶囊中没食子酸的外标定量方法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-含0.1%三乙胺的0.1%磷酸溶液（3∶97）为流动相;检测波长为270nm。结果没食子酸在0.373 2-0.995 2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。结论该方法操作简便,快速,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于通滞苏润江胶囊中没食子酸的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of gallic acid of Tong Zhi Su Run Capsules. Methods a simplified RP-HPLC procedure was developed：C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of triethylamine （0.1%） and H3PO4（0.1% ） -acetonitrile（3： 97） ,detected at 270nm. Results The linear range of gallic acid was 0.373 2 -0. 995 2μg（ r =0.999 9）. Conclusions The result shows that the method is simple,rapid ,accurate, sensitive and can be used for gallic acid of Tong Zhi Su Run Capsules assay. |
