白念珠菌厚膜孢子形态发生过程的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:
目的 用扫描电镜观察白念珠菌厚膜孢子在液体培养基中形态发生过程。方法 用改良液体培养基培养白念珠菌厚膜孢子,在不同培养时间收获离心,制备扫描电镜样品,然后观察不同培养时相厚膜孢子及假菌丝的形态。结果 发现培养3小时芽生孢子发芽。5小时芽体延长;7小时次极芽体伸长,假菌丝形成,顶端孢子开始增大;9小时假菌丝延长,厚膜孢子进一步成熟;16小时厚膜孢子成熟;24小时见多数厚膜孢子和假菌。结论 用该方法能

Abstract:
The morphogenesis of chlamydospores of Candida albicans was observed by use of scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that the yeast cells germinated after 3h of cultivation,the budding-cells elongated after 5h, and the pseudohyphae formed and the mother cells began chlamydosporulation at about 7h of growth. Subsequently, pseudohyphal e1ements elongated by 9h;the characteristic chlamydospores formed at about 16h,and after 24h of cultivation, numbers of chamydospores - pseudohyphae and yeast - form elements can be found. We come to the conculsion that the process of morphogenesis for the chlamydospores of C. albicans can be observed clearly by scanning electron microscopy.
