| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后硬膜外PCEA的镇痛效果及副作用的护理.方法 100例PCEA剖宫产产妇,均采用术后硬膜外PCEA技术,用VAS评价其镇痛效果. 结果镇痛有效率(VAS＜5)98%,病人及其家属满意率97%,恶心呕吐率12%,皮肤瘙痒6%,低血压发生率4%,无呼吸抑制.结论 PCEA镇痛确切,效果满意,适当的护理可减少或避免副作用的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and nursing of side effect of postoperative patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) in lying-in women. Methods 100 lying-in women undergoingcaesarean section and performing PCEA were analyzed retrospectively. Results The analgesic effect rate,the satisfied rate of patients and her family members was 98%, 97% respectively. The nauseating and vomiting rate, the skin itching rate, the rate of low blood pressure and rate of respiratory inhibition was 12%, 6%, 4%, 0% respectively.Conclusion The analgesic effect of PCEA is exact and satisfied, the side effect will be decreased or avoided by means of rational nursing. |
