糖尿病性勃起功能障碍相关因素及其风险性分析

目的 :探讨糖尿病性勃起功能障碍 (DED)的发病机理及防治措施。　方法 :回顾性调查 32 0例男性 2型糖尿病病人DED患病率、年龄、糖尿病病程、血压、吸烟史、饮酒史和DED的关系。　结果 :糖尿病病人中DED患病率为 39.4 % (12 6 / 32 0 )。经Logistic逐步回归分析 ,病程每增加 5年、年龄每增加 10岁、糖化血红蛋白浓度 (HbA1C)每增加 2 %、收缩压每增加 4kPa、吸烟史、饮酒者OR分别为 1.84 6 7、1.2 6 14、1.4 5 0 8、1.32 12、1.2 0 6 5 ,而饮酒史为 5 .346 4 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论 :DED的发病率随病程、年龄、HbA1C、收缩压增加而增加 ,有吸烟史、饮酒史、合并糖尿病慢性并发症者的患病率明显增加。上述因素皆为DED的风险因素 ,其中饮酒对DED的发生起重要作用。防治DED的发生应注意控制饮酒、血压、吸烟、血糖及糖尿病并发症。

Discussion of Correlative Factors and Risk in Patients with Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction

Objectives: To probe into the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment way of diabetic erectile dysfunction(DED). Methods: The age, course, blood pressure, history of drink and smoke, relationship with DED were investigated in 126 DED patients of 320 diadetes mellitus.Results: The prevalence of DED in male diabetic patients was 39.4%(126/320). It was found by the analysis of Logistic regression that the values of OR rise to 1.846 7 , 1.261 4 , 1.450 8 , 1.321 2 , 1.206 5 , 5.346 4 ( P 0.01 ), along with adding of 5 years in course, 10 years in ages, 2% in HbA1C, 4 kPa in systolicblood pressure, positive history of smoking and drinking respectively. Conclusions: Drinking is the most dangerous factor among all risk factors for occurrence of DED. It is very important to control blood pressure well, and to give up tobacco and drink in preventing occurrence of DED.
