| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨加替沙星口服后在大鼠体内的组织分布情况。方法：选用大鼠口服加替沙星后，HPLC法测定各组织中加替沙星浓度，3P97推算药物分布时间和药动学参数，根据不同的药物分布时相设计实验，研究加替沙星在大鼠体内的组织分布情况。结果：加替沙星口服后吸收迅速，分布较为广泛，体内各组织中均有较高浓度，尤其明显的在生殖系统浓度较高。保留时问长。结论：加替沙星组织中分布广泛，适用于体内各种敏感菌感染治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study tissue distribution of oral gatifloxacin in rats.Methods: The concentrations of gatifloxacin were determined by HPLC after oral administration in rats.The pharmacokinetic parameters and phases of distribution were calculated with 3P97 program.The tissue concentrations of gatifloxacin were determined in various times.Results: It was showed that gatifloxacin was absorbed rapidly after oral administration and was distributed in various tissues or organs.Conclusions: The gatifloxacin is distributed extensively in various tissues or organs and can be used in treating sensitive bacterial infection. |
