| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心脏瓣膜手术同期单纯左心房射频消融治疗心房颤动(房颤)的临床疗效。方法120例心脏瓣膜病变合并房颤患者分为左房组和对照组,分别在术中进行房颤的左心房射频消融和双心房射频消融治疗。并进行平均12个月随访。结果消融术后即刻、术后3个月、6个月、12个月治疗效果均无显著性差异(P均0.05)。术后房颤复发率2组无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论单纯左心房消融作为心脏瓣膜病变合并房颤的一种治疗手段,操作简便、用时短、并发症少,早期临床疗效满意,有临床使用价值。
