儿童支气管哮喘与唾液中SIgA的关系

目的探讨唾液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A（SIgA）的水平与儿童支气管哮喘的关系。方法选取23例支气管哮喘发作期（哮喘发作组）、22例支气管哮喘缓解期（哮喘缓解组）和20例健康对照儿童（健康对照组）,采用酶联免疫吸附分析法（ELISA）检测各组儿童唾液中SIgA含量。结果与健康对照组[（361.78±45.60）g·L^-1]和哮喘缓解期组[（298.62±42.80）g·L^-1]患儿比较,哮喘发作组[（118.30±43.60）g·L^-1]患儿唾液中的SIgA含量水平明显减少（P〈0.01）。哮喘缓解组患儿唾液中的SIgA含量与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论儿童支气管哮喘患儿存在黏膜免疫功能低下。

Salivary Levels of Secretory Immunoglobulin A in Children with Bronchitic Asthma

Objective To explore the salivary levels of secretory immunoglobulin A（SIgA） in children with bronchitic asthma.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was developed to detect salivary SIgA content in 23 children with asthma attacks,22 children with asthma remission and 20 healthy children.Results Patients with asthma attacks [（118.30±43.60）g·L-1] had significantly lower levels of salivary SIgA than all other subjects（P0.01）.However,the salivary content of secretory SIgA in asthma remission patients [（298.62±42.80）g·L-1] was not markedly different from that in healthy subjects [（361.78±45.60）g·L-1]（P0.05）.Conclusion Children with bronchitic asthma had impaired mucosal immune function.
