目的 从无张力修补手术后复发疝的再手术中探讨如何改进手术减少复发。方法 探讨12例复发疝经无张力疝修补术后再次手术的原因，并提出改进手术的意见。结果 12例中11例在2年内复发，其中8例经疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后2年内复发，平片修补后复发时间均在12个月内。复发原因为：上次手术平片未完全固定或仅做间断固定，但远端未超过耻骨结节。结论 砂无张力疝修补手术的复发应改进固定补片的操作方法。

Analysis of 12 cases of reoperation for recurrent hernia after tension-free hernia repair

Objective To discuss how to improve the suture skill in order to decrease the recurrence from reoperation for recurrent heria after tension-free hernia repair. Methods Twelve cases of recurrent hernia who underwent tension-free hernia repair were studied,the causes and the way to improve operation were discussed.Results Eleven cases (91 6%) in the 12 cases recurred in postoperative two years,including 8 cases receiving tension-free hernia repair with plug-technique through hernia ring.In all the cases receiving hernia repair with flat mesh,recurrent hernia occurred in 12 months.Recurrent reasons included incomplete of flat mesh,and intermittent fixation,and the distant end did not exceed the pubic tubercle.Conclusion To decrease recurrent rate after tension-free hernia repair,we should improve the procedure of fixed meshes.
