| 摘 要： | 目的 基于中医传承辅助系统分析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗哮病方剂的组方规律.方法 提取《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗哮病的方剂,应用中医传承辅助系统(V1.1)软件,录入方剂信息,构建数据库,使用软件的关联规则、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析哮病方剂中常用的药物、组合规则、核心组合及发现新方.结果 通过对120首方剂的分析,明确治疗哮病方剂中药物出现的频次,总结常用药对30个,核心组合17个及演化新处方7个.结论 《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗哮病方剂的药物多数具有化痰平喘,宣肺降气之功效,用药比较分散,核心组合有理气化痰类、宣肺平喘类、降气平喘类,挖掘得到的新方可以认为由类方化裁而成. |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the composing principles of prescriptions for asthma in Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription(DCMP) by using TCM inheritance system(TCMIS) V1.1.Methods The prescriptions for asthma in DCMP were selected and TCMIS V1.1 was used to entry information and build the database.The commonly used herbs,combination principles and core combinations in the prescriptions for asthma were analyzed with data mining methods such as association rules,improved mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering.Results Thirty common used herb pairs,17 core combinations and 7 new developed prescriptions were concluded,based on analysis of the frequency of each ingredient in 120 prescriptions for asthma in 120 prescriptions.Conclusion The composition principles of prescriptions for asthma in DCMP are found and TCMIS V1.1 could be used to analyze the composition principles of prescriptions and find new prescription. |
