| 摘 要： | 本文用放射免疫法(RIA)测定了20例正常女性,195例妇科疾病患者的FSH及LH水平。垂体性闭经及下丘脑性闭经患者的血清FSH及LH均处于正常范围以下;而卵巢性闭经患者的FSH及LH则明显升高。故测定血中FSH及LH含量,有助于鉴别某些妇科疾病的病变部位,为临床治疗提供一定依据。 |

| Abstract: | Blood FSH and LH of 195 patients with gynecologic diseases and 20 normal controlswere measured with radio--immuneassay (RIA). In the patients with hypophyseal or hy--pothalamic amenorrhea,the levels of FSH and LH were under normal range.but, in thepatients with ovarian amenorrhea,the level increased markedly. Therefore, the measurement ofblood FSH and LH is helpful to differentiate the locations of some gynecologic di-sease, and provides foundations for clinical treatment. |
