摘要：	医学图像存档与传输系统(PACS)是目前数字化医院建设的重点和难点,PACS系统需要一个高性能的影像存储系统支撑.本文分析了PACS系统影像存储的特点,介绍了分级存储机制实现对医学影像的存储管理,并比较了三种在线存储设备解决方案的优点和缺点.

Abstract:	Picture Archiving and Comuniations System (PACS) is a keystone and difficulty in currently construction of digital hospital. PACS must be supported by a high capability image archiving system. In this paper, charactoristics in image archiving is analyzed, and a grade-archiving machanism is introduced.Furthermore,the advantages and shortcomings of three resolve schemes are compared.
