| 提高颅内病变立体定向活检准确率的体会 | |

| 摘 要： | 报告３３例颅内病变ＣＴ导向立体定向活检术。病理诊断准确率为９６．９％（３３：３２），无手术并发症及死亡。选择恰当的手术入路是减少出血、偏瘫等手术并发症的重要措施；选择合适的活检器械，是保证取得足量样本活检成功的前提；选择正确的取样部位，是提高活检准确率的关键。 |

| Abstract: | T-guided stereotactic biopsies were performed in 33 cases of intracranial lesions, using the Leksellstpreotactic system and TOMOSCAN 350 CT scanner.Among them, the accurate histological diaguosiswas obtained in 32 cases (96.97%) and nondiaguostic result in one who was offered open surgery fo comfirmthe diaguosis. Experience in high success rate with a stereotactic biopsy was discussed. |
