身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗神经根型颈椎病62例

[目的]观察身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]将62例神经根型颈椎病,按风寒湿型、气滞血瘀型、肝肾不足型、虚寒型四型,用身痛逐瘀汤加味灵活化裁治疗。[结果]治疗组62例,痊癒42例,占62.7%,总有效率达85.5%;对照组61倒,治癒31例,占50.8%,总有效率62.3%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]运用活血行气、通络、祛风除湿止痛方法,治疗神经根型颈椎病,结合辨证特点,可收到较好效果。

Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Treatment of Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy of 62 Cases

[ Objective] Shentong Zhuyu decoction treatment of cerviealspondylotic radiculopathy of effect. [ Methods ] 62 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis by wind cold dampness type, Qi stagnation type, liver and kidney insufficiency, cold type IV, with the base side of flavored body Zhuyu flexibility to treating. [Results] The treatment group 62 cases,d2 cases recovered, accounting for 62.7%, total effective rate was 85.5% in the control group, 61 fell, 31 cases were cured 50.8% , 62.30/0 total efficiency, the treatment group than the control group. [ Conclusion] Use of blood flow of Qi, meridians, expel air dehumidification pain, treatment of eerviealspondylotic radiculopathy, dialectical combination of features can receive better results.
