比索洛尔和卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的对比研究

目的 :观察比索洛尔和卡维地洛对原发性高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法 :选择原发性高血压患者12 8例随机分成两组 ,其中试验组 (服用富马酸比索洛尔 2 5～ 10 0mg ,qd ,po) 64例 ,对照组 (服用卡维地洛片2 5～ 5 0mg ,qd ,po) 64例。疗程为 6周 ,其中试验组有 3 8例患者完成动态血压监测 (ambulatorybloodpressuremonirory ,ABPM )。结果 :试验组总有效率为 80 7% ,服药 6周后平均收缩压 (SBP)及舒张压 (DBP)分别下降1 86及 1 44kPa ,而对照组下降 2 .0 2及 1.49kPa。 2 4hABPM显示 :试验组用药后总血压负荷明显减少 ,各时点血压均明显下降 ,谷 /峰比值大于 5 0 %。对照组总有效率为 80 0 % ,服药 6周后SBP及DBP分别下降 2 0 2及 1 49kPa。两组总有效率无显著差别 ,不良反应均较少。结论 :比索洛尔和卡维地洛均为安全有效的抗高血压药物

Contrast study of the effect of bisoprolol and carvedilol in patients with essential hypertension

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of bisoprolol and carvedilol in patients with essential hypertension.Methods: 128 patients with essential hypertension were divided randomly into treatment group (n=64) and control group (n=64).The patients of treatment group were administrated 2.5～10.0 mg bisoprolol once a day for 6 weeks,while the patients of control group with 25～50 mg carvedilol.24h-ambulatory blood pressure monitory (ABPM) was used in 38 cases in treatment group.Results: Total effective rate was 80.7% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group. SBP and DBP reductions in treatment group were 1.86 kPa and 1.44 kPa, and in control group were 2.02 kPa and 1.49 kPa. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups. The blood pressure load,mean SBP and DBP in daytime and night were significantly lower than pretreatment level.The T/P ratios of SBP and DBP were both above 50%.Conclusion: The bisoprolol and carvedilol are effective and well tolerated in treating essential hypertension.
