糖脂平对糖尿病大鼠晶体糖醇含量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察糖脂平对实验性糖尿病大鼠晶体糖醇代谢的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为模型组、糖脂平高、低剂量组、正常对照组。动物模型用四氧嘧啶塑造。糖脂平由金线莲、黄连、葛根等组成,灌胃给药,每日1次,疗程30d。结果:糖脂平有效地降解糖尿病大鼠血糖的含量(高剂量组P<0.001,低剂量组P<0.05),有效地降低其晶体中葡萄糖的含量(高剂量组P<0.01),对晶体中山梨醇有降低作用(高剂量组与模型组相比,下降26.42%,0.05<P<0.01),对肌醇含量无明显改变。结论:糖脂平对糖尿病大鼠晶体病变有一定防治效果,作用途径与其降血糖以及改善晶体组织内糖醇代谢有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Tangzhiping(TZP) on polyols in lens of diabetic rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, higher dose of TZP group and lower dose of TZP group. The rat model was induced by alloxan. The TZP consists of Anoectochili, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Puerariae and so on. The experimental rats were treated one time a day for one month. Results: TZP can significantly decrease the content of blood glucose (higher dose group:P<0.001, lower dose group:P<0.05) and glucose in lens (higher dose group:P<0.01) in diabetic rat models. TZP is effective to reduce sorbitol content in lens (compared with negative control groups, the level of sorbitol content in the groups of higher dose of TZP decreased by 26.42%, 0.05
