利培酮联合丙戊酸镁对精神分裂症攻击行为的疗效观察

目的 观察用利培酮联合丙戊酸铗治疗精神分裂症患者攻击行为的疗效和药物副反应。方法 将64例有攻击行为的精神分裂症住院患者随机分为研究组（利培酮联合丙戊酸镁治疗）32例，对照组（单用利培酮治疗）32例。疗程4周。两组于治疗前及治疗第4周末采用简明精神病评定量表，治疗前及治疗第1、2、4周末采用外显攻击行为量表，副反应量表评定疗效与不良反应。结果 两组治疗前与治疗后简明精神病评定量表各因子分差异均有显著性（P〈0．01），治疗后两组问比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。两组治疗前后外显攻击行为量表评分差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。治疗第2、4周末两组问比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。研究组评分降低更为明显。结论 利培酮联合丙戊酸镁治疗精神分裂症的攻击行为疗效更佳。

Therapeatic Effect of Risperidone Combined with Magnesium Valproate in Aggressive Behaviors of Schizophrenics

Objective To observate therapeatic effect and side effect of rispetdone combined with magnesium valproate in aggressive behaviors of schizophrenics.Methods 64 inpatients with schizophrenics with aggressive behaviors were randomly divided into research group which were treatrd by risperidone combined with magnesium valproate and control group which were treated by risperidone for 4 weeks.All patients were assessed with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Modified Overt Aggression Scale(MOAS) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS).Results There were significant difference in factor's scores of BPRS between pre and post-treatment of the both two groups <0.01),and no difference between the two groups after treatment >0.05);there was significant difference in the score of the MOAS between per-and post-treatment of both the groups(<0.01) and between the two groups at the end of 2nd and 4th week <0.01).Scores of research group were significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Risperidone combined with magnesium valproate is the best in the treatment of aggressive behaviors of schizophrenics.
