摘    要:
护士作为服务于人群的一种特殊的职业群体,容易在工作中出现自卑、冷漠、厌恶工作、失去同情心等情绪表现,并导致工作效率下降、缺勤和辞职的倾向增加.这一现象的出现,引发了国外众多学者研究和讨论,并产生了许多种理论和模型.本文从这些理论和模型的基础出发,通过建立一种新型的护理文化来降低护士工作倦怠的问题.

Abstract:
Nursing was a service to people of a particular occupational groups, and nurses were easy to feel inferiority,indifference,dislike work, loss of compassion and other expressions of emotion, and lead to reduced efficiency, increased absenteeism and a tendency to resign. This phenomenon caused many foreign scholars and researchers to discuss and produce many kinds of theories and models. In this paper, on the basis of these theories and models, to discuss how to reduce nursing burnout through the establishment of a new culture of nursing.
