摘    要:目的了解新乡市市售散装盐腌菜中亚硝酸盐的含量。方法采集新乡市市区散装盐腌菜共206份样品,采用盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法检测其亚硝酸盐的含量。结果本次调查的新乡市市售散装盐腌菜中亚硝酸盐含量的合格率为99.03%(204/206)。结论新乡市市售的散装盐腌菜中亚硝酸盐含量基本合格。

Analysis of nitrite content of unpacked salted vegetables marketed in Xinxiang city

Abstract:Objective To determine the nitrite content of unpacked salted vegetables marketed in Xinxiang City. Methods 206 unpacked salted vegetables were collected in Xinxiang City, the nitrite content of which was determined by N-( 1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine dihydrochloride spectrophotometric method. Results The result showed that qualified rate of nitrite content of unpacked salted vegetables marketed in Xinxiang city was 99.03% (204/206). Conclusion The nitrite content of unpacked salted vegetables in Xinxiang City was basic qualification.
