| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨学龄前儿童桡骨颈骨折的早期诊断与处理。方法:4例患儿均在全麻下开放整复位石膏外固定。结果:4例中无一例前臂发育畸形,肘关节伸屈和前臂旋转功能正常。结论:本法操作简单固定可靠,疗效满意,是治疗学龄前儿童桡骨颈骨折的一种值得信赖的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study preschool children radius neck bone fracture early diagnosis and processing.Methods:4 example troubles open outside the entire replacement gypsum under the general anesthesia fixed.Results:In 4 examples does not have an example forearm growth to be abnormal,the elbow joint extends bends is normal with the forearm revolving function.Conclusion:This law operation simple fixed reliable,the curative effect is satisfied,treats the method which in front of the school age the young child radius neck bone fracture one kind is worth trusting. |
