自噬在神经系统疾病发病中的作用研究进展

摘    要:
神经元是一类不可再生细胞,而自噬,作为维持神经元正常功能的细胞机制,可以通过自噬机制来完成细胞器的更新。自噬作为细胞的一种自我保护机制,神经系统疾病中某些聚集蛋白的清除主要依靠自噬来完成,自噬与神经系统疾病间的关系越来越受到专家学者的重视。本综述旨在描述自噬在不同神经系统性疾病中的作用,为以后针对性治疗提供理论基础。

Abstract:
Autophagy is an important cellular mechanism that maintains the normal physiological function of neurons.Autophagy enables cells to have the opportunity to regenerate.Since most nerve cells do not divide,this process is especially important for non-regenerative cells such as neurons,where most organelle renewal depends on autophagy.Autophagy is a self-protection mechanism of cells and the clearance of certain aggregate proteins in neurological disorder mainly relies on autophagy.The relationship between neurological disorder and autophagy are more and more attentted by experts.The purpose of this review is to describe the role of autophagy in different neurological disorders and to provide a theoretical basis for future targeted therapy.
