摘    要:
目的探索PBL教学模式在手术室专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取手术室护理人员56名作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各28例。观察组采用PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组的理论知识、操作技能考试成绩和对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组护理人员的理论知识考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的安全核查及手术物品准备、患者体位摆放、术后手术器械的分类及清洗、突发事件处理得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对学习主动性、手术操作基本技能、理论知识的掌握和自主解决问题的能力的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式既增强了手术室专科护士学习的主观能动性,又锻炼了其处理解决问题的能力,对于专科护士技能的提高有很大益处,值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode in the specialized nurses training in the operating room. Methods A total of 56 nurses in the operating room were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The observation group adopted PBL teaching mode, and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode. The theoretical knowledge, operational skills test scores and satisfaction with the teaching model were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of safety verification and preparation of surgical articles, positioning of patient, postoperative classification and cleaning of surgical instruments, emergency handing of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of learning initiative, basic skills of surgical operation, mastery of theoretical knowledge and autonomous problem-solving ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching mode not only enhances the subjective initiative of operating room specialist nurses in learning, but also exercises the ability to deal with and solve problems. It is of great benefit to the improvement of specialist nurses’ skills and is worthy of further promotion and application.
