摘    要:目的建立离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中盐酸的不确定度评定方法。方法通过对离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中盐酸的不确定度来源进行分析,找出影响测量的各种因素,应用测量不确定评定理论,计算不确定度分量和合成不确定度。结果方法合成标准不确定度为3.6%,扩展不确定度为U=0.18μg/ml,k=2。结论该不确定度评定方法在实际工作中有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:[ Objective] To establish a method of evaluation uncertainty in detection of hydrochloric acid in air of workplace by ion chromatography. A variety of factors, which affected the uncertainty measurement of hydrochloric acid, were found through analysis of the uncertainty source. [ Methods] The theory of metrical uncertainty was adopted to calculate uncertainty components and combined uncertainty. [ Results] The combined standard uncertainty was 3.6%. The expended uncertainty was U =0.18pg/ml, k = 2. [ Conclusion] The evaluative method of uncertainty is of great practical value.
