护理干预对老年高血压患者脑出血发生率的影响

目的探讨减少老年高血压患者脑出血发生率的护理干预方法。方法将64例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组进行长期的电话回访和饮食、运动、服药的监督和控制等综合护理干预。在2年后、3年后、4年后进行测评。结果观察组脑出血发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对老年高血压患者进行护理干预能降低脑出血发生。

Effect of nursing intervention on the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in elderly hypertensive patients

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the incidence of cere- bral hemorrhage in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Sixtyfour elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 32） and control group（ n = 32）. The observation group received routine nursing, and the control group received long - term telephone visit and comprehensive nursing intervention in diet, exercise and medication supervision and control. All patients were assessed on the second, third and fourth year. Results The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The nursing interventions can reduce the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage in elderly hypertensive patients.
