替吉奥单药治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床研究

目的观察替吉奥单药治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将43例具有可测量病灶的老年晚期胃癌患者随机分为2组：替吉奥组（n=22）采用替吉奥胶囊单药治疗,对照组（n=21）采用FOLFOX4方案,经过2个周期的化疗后进行疗效评价。结果替吉奥组有效率为40.91%;对照组有效率为28.57%,2组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义。替吉奥组和对照组患者的中位无疾病进展时间及中位生存期分别为7.8个月、12.8个月与6.2个月、8.3个月。替吉奥组仅出现1例Ⅲ/Ⅳ级不良反应,而对照组有8例发生Ⅲ/Ⅳ级不良反应。恶心呕吐、腹泻、肢端麻木等不良反应的发生率替吉奥组也明显低于对照组。结论替吉奥单药治疗老年晚期胃癌疗效确切,毒副反应低,临床应用方便。

Clinical study of S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Forty-three elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled in this study.These patients with measurable lesions were randomly divided S-1 group（n=22） and control group（n=21）.The effect and toxicity in two groups were evaluated after 2 sessions of chemotherapy.Results The total response rate was 40.91% in S-1 group,and 28.57% in the control group.No significant difference was observed in response rate between the two groups.The progression free survival（PFS） and median survival time（MST） in S-1 group were 7.8 months and 12.8 months respectively,and 6.2 months and 8.3 months in the control group respectively.Grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ adverse reactions were found in 1 patient of S-1 group,but in 8 patients of the control group.The incidences of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,peripheral neurotoxicity of S-1 group were obviously lower than those of the control group.Conclusion S-1 shows a promising antitumor activity with acceptable toxicity in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer and is easy for clinical application.
