21例危重患者经皮气管切开术护理体会

目的讨论经皮气管切开术（PDT）在危重患者中人工气道建立的应用价值和护理体会。方法对本院重症医学科21例行经皮气管切开术的危重病患者进行分析，统计平均手术操作时间、术中出血情况、术后并发症、护理时间等指标。结果21例患者手术均获成功，手术时间为10-25min，平均为18．6min，手术相关并发症少，且护理方便，易于日常护理管理。结论经皮气管切开术是一种微创、快速、安全、简易的气管切开技术，适合于在ICU中治疗的各种危重患者，且不增加护理难度和时间，在危重患者的人工气道建立中具有明显的优势。

Nursing experience of percutaneous tracheotomy in 21 critical patients

Objective To discuss the application value and nursing experience of percutaneous tracheotomy （PDT） in critical patients. Methods 21 cases of critical patients with PDT were analyzed, and the operation time, amount of bleeding during operation, complications after operation and nursing time were analyzed. Results All operations were successful. The operation time was 10- 25 min and the average time was 18.6 min. There were few complications related to the operation, which was convenient for nursing and managing. Conclusion Percutaneous tracheotomy is a minimal invasive, rapid, safe and simple method. It is suitable for all kinds of critical patients in ICU, and does not increase the difficulty and time of nursing. It has obvious advantages in artificial airway establishment of critical patients.
