| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了１２例心内膜弹力纤维增生症（ＥＦＥ）患儿的诊疗过程，讨论了ＥＦＥ的临床特点及诊疗要点，分析了ＥＦＥ的误诊原因，并强调了ＥＦＥ患儿坚持长期治疗的必要性。

The clinical characteristics and the main points of the diagnosis and treatment are discussed here. The reasons of misdiagnosis are also analyzed in this paper. And the necessity of continuous and Long-term treatment is emphasizedhere. |
