| 摘 要： | 作者报告了我室门诊３５６例男性不育患者精子顶体酶活性测定结果，分析了某些因素对顶体酶活性的影响。结果表明，精子顶体酶活性呈正偏态分布，６３．２％低于正常值（１８μＩＵ／１０６精子）；相关检测表明，顶体酶活性与镜下精液白细胞数、精子畸形率显著负相关，而与精子活率、活力明显正相关，与精液支原体感染无关；卡方检验结果表明，精子顶体酶活性与精浆抗精子抗体存在无关。

| Abstract: | We collected more than 300 semen samples of male infertility to assay the acrosin activity,the rate of viability,deformity,motility and WBC number under microscope.The results showed that the acrosin activity presented positive bias distribution.The acrosin activity was negatively related with WBC number and deformity rate.On the other hand,the acrosin was positively related with motility and viability rate.We cultured Ureaplasma urealyticum with 349 semen samples.The results showed that there was no relationship between acrosin and UU infection.We also assayed antisperm antibodies in semen plasma to show that there was no relationship between antibody and acrosin. |
