应用锁定加压接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折的可行性及临床应用价值

目的:对桡骨远端骨折患者采用锁定加压接骨板进行治疗,探讨和分析其可行性及在临床上的应用价值。方法:此次研究的30例患者均为我院在2005年8月~2013年5月期间收治。随机将这些患者分成治疗组(14例)和对照组(16例)。对照组:对患者采用闭合复位纸夹板进行治疗。治疗组:对患者采用锁定加压接骨板进行治疗。对2组方法治疗的效果进行分析和总结。结果:在对2组治疗之后,患者都没有发现再次断裂和畸形愈合的情况。治疗组的优良率为92.8%与对照组75.0%相比较,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者采用锁定加压接骨板进行治疗,效果显著,固定牢靠、操作简单;值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Discussion and Analysis of the Feasibility and the Clinical Application Value of Distal Radius Fracture Treated with Locking Compression Plate.

Objective： The purpose used in patients with distal radius fracture treated for locking compression plate. Discussion and a- nalysis of the feasibility and the clinical application value. Methods：30 patients of the study is in August 2005 - May 2013 the independ- ent. Randomly divided these patients into treatment group （14 cases） and control group （16 cases）. Control group： the patients treated with closed reduction and paper splint. Treatment group ： the patients used for locking compression plate for treatment. The paper summarizes and analyzes the effect of two groups of treatment. Results： Two groups after treatment, patients were found no fracture and deformity healing situation again. Fine rate was 92.8% in treatment group compared with control group 75.0%, significant difference, statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： for patients with locking compression plate for treatment. Effect is remarkable, and fixation, simple operation; Is worth in clinical promotion and application.
