大孔吸附树脂对绿原酸吸附性能的研究

摘    要:目的为了纯化金银花中的绿原酸,优选绿原酸的吸附树脂及工艺参数。方法用HPLC法测定绿原酸含量;采用静态吸附法,考察大孔树脂的吸附、解吸性能,吸附动力学及影响吸附性能的因素。结果HPD 100树脂综合性能最佳;HPD 450解吸率虽然最高,但吸附量和吸附率均低;提取液酸性条件下吸附量佳。结论以HPD 100树脂在pH 3条件下吸附为最佳。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To select the type of macroporous resin and the process parameters for purifyication of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae.METHODS The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.Properties of adsorption and desorption,adsorption dynamicsand factors affecting the adsorption were investigated by static adsorption method.RESULTS The macroporous resin of HPD100 had the best performance;although deportion efficiency of HPD 450 was the highest,both of its adsorptive quantity and efficiency were lower.The adsorption quantity was more in acidic solution than that in alkalic solution.CONCLUSION HPD 100 was a choice of the optimal macroporous resin;the appropriate adsorption is performed in pH3 acidic solution.
