| 摘 要： | 目的分析对呼吸衰竭患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选取近3年收治的呼吸衰竭患者100例,随机分为A、B两组,其中A组开展常规护理,B组以A组为基础增加实施综合护理干预,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 A组患者满意率显著低于B组,其不良反应发生率明显高于B组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对呼吸衰竭患者实施综合护理干预,可显著提高患者满意度,降低不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective to analyze the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with respiratory failure in clinical effect. Methods To select the records of 100 patients with respiratory failure nearly 3 years, were randomly divided into A, B two groups, including A group to carry out the routine nursing care, group B on the basis of the group A increase the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results In group A patients satisfaction rate was significantly lower than that of group B, the incidence of adverse reactions are significantly higher than group B, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with respiratory failure, can significantly improve patient satisfaction, reduce the adverse reaction. |
